Today we celebrated Christmas with Big G.  We went to Aunt Jaime's house and ate some yummy snacks and opened presents.  Aunt Jaime helped Logan open his presents and since he was tired I decided to play with his toys too!  I got a Handy Manny toy and outfit.  I loved my Mickey Mouse clubhouse games.  Mom says I might have to wait a little while to play some of them.  I also got some Handy Manny and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse big boy underwear!  I can't wait to wear them!  Those were some of my favorites.  Thanks Big G!

Only 3 more days til Christmas!!!

This year Dede and Pop came to my house for Thanksgiving!  We ate lots of good food.  Dede and Pop played with me on Friday while Daddy went to work and Mommy went shopping.  We had such a good time!

Last night Mommy and Daddy took me to the Zoolight Safari at The Birmingham Zoo.  There were so many lights and Christmas decorations!  And the train...I was so excited to ride the train!  We passed Santa and he waved and said "Merry Christmas!"  After the train we went to see the animals at the barn.  We saw sheep, goats and even some really big pigs.  All I could say the whole time was "Wow!"

Halloween was so much fun!  I dressed up as a monkey and mommy was a zookeeper.  We went to Nana's church for Trunk or Treat.  My cousin Logan was there and he was dressed like a giraffe.  We went to each trunk and I said "Trick or treat" and after getting candy I said "Thank You!"  Mommy was so proud.  I asked Nana to take me to ride the little train, but once I got on I was a little scared and I cried.  Uncle Joshua took Logan down a big slide but I wasn't ready to go this year.  Maybe next year!  Happy Halloween!!!

Today is my 2nd birthday!  I celebrated my birthday last Saturday, September 6th, with lots of family.  The theme was Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, my favorite tv show!  I got so many new toys that I didn't know where to start.  Dede and Pop gave me a webcam so that I can talk to them over the computer.  I have always tried to show them my toys over the cell phone but now they can actually see what I show them!  Every time mom opens the laptop I think I'm supposed to call someone.

I had my very own mickey mouse head cake!  I don't like my hands to be dirty so I chose to lean over and eat my cake without touching it.  After a few bites I was off to play again!

Everyone says that I have grown so much over the last year.  I can put short sentences together now and be a part of the conversation.  I can feed myself very well now and I love pizza.  I make friends very easily and I really like to play with other kids.  I can't wait to learn many new things this year!

Today was a good, but long day!  My cousin Logan was born!!!  Of course I have decided to call him low-gee because I can't pronounce his name right.  He was born at 1:00pm and he weighed 7 lbs 1 ounce and was 21 inches long.  He doesn't have much hair but he is still cute.  He is way too small for me to play with right now so I don't really know what to think of him.  All I know is that he is taking the attention off me and I don't really like that too much.  I know that I have to share Nana with Logan but it's really hard right now.  At the hospital Nana walked around with me so that mom could hold Logan for a little while.  I can't wait until I can play with Logan!

Today was my second visit to the Children's Hospital ER.  The first was in March when I hurt my leg jumping in an inflatable bouncer at a birthday party.  It was just brused.  Anyway, these days I really don't like my highchair.  I think I am a big boy and should be able to sit at the table like grown-ups.  So mom decided to put me in a booster seat attached to a chair.  All was fine until I decided to push back with my feet and my chair toppled backwards.  I cried and daddy picked me up only to discover a huge bump on the back of my head.  Mom called 911 and the paramedics and firemen came to check me out.  They said it was "better out than in" as far as my bump was concerned.  I was crying and asking for mommy and moving around.  That was a good sign.  The nice men suggested that I go get a doctor to check it out so we headed to the hospital.  I sang some songs on the way and hopped like a bunny for the doctor when she came in to see me.  Everything looks ok...I just have a bump on my head for a little while.  Mom and dad are supposed to watch me to make sure nothing changes but I feel fine and am having fun playing.  Mom keeps telling me to slow down and be careful of my head but it's so hard when I have so much energy!

That's all for now.  The doctors were nice, but I hope to not have to visit that place again.

I went to visit Dede and Pop this weekend.  It was the longest I have been away from mom and dad, but it went by so fast.  While I was there some men came to work on the house.  I thought they were there to play with me and it was fun following them around.  I got to see rooms that I have never seen before.  Mom and dad were busy with Vacation Bible School at church but they were so happy to see me after 5 days of being gone.  It was a great long weekend for everyone!
