How do I reset my password ?

For security reasons we are unable to retrieve your password but you can reset it by going to http://www.totsites.com/forgotpassword.php .

If you are having troubles with the automated tool please contact TotSites support.

How do I change my sign-in password ?

Here are some steps to change your password:

  • Login to your TotSite
  • Click on the My Account tab
  • Click on Change Password
  • Follow the instructions on the following page

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, please follow these steps:

  • Login to your TotSite
  • Click on the My Account tab
  • Click on the Update Email Address link
  • You will be asked to confirm your new email address before you can continue to use TotSites

Note: If you are being asked to change your email address when logging in, this means that an email we sent to you bounced or was returned to us. To maintain your account we need to have an up-to-date email address. Please follow the instructions to reactivate your account. It will require you to verify your email account information.

How do I change the way dates are displayed on my website?

You can update the way dates are displayed on your website by updating your account preferences.

To update your account preferences:

  • Login to your TotSite
  • Click on the My Account tab
  • Click on Account Preferences
  • There will be a drop down menu that allows you to change the way format dates are displayed

How do I cancel/delete my TotSite?

To cancel your Totsite Membership:

  • Login to your TotSite
  • Click on the My Account tab
  • Click on Manage Subscription
  • Click on Cancel Account
  • Please provide us some feedback on why you are canceling, then click on Remove My Account

By canceling your Totsite, we will delete the site from our service. Once your site is removed there is no way to restore your account. It will take up to 24 hours to complete your request.

If you are an existing Premium TotSites member - you can request to have your account converted back to the Free account. Nothing will be deleted from your TotSite. Please submit a support request to have your account downgraded.
